Terms of Use — RR Store

By accessing, browsing or using any feature of RR Store (https://rrstore.pro), you declare that you have read, understood and fully agree with these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, we ask you not to use the platform.

These Terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision occurred. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

• Platform: the RR Store website (https://rrstore.pro) and all its subdomains, pages and features.
• User / Customer: any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the platform.
• Services: game top-ups (top-up), digital credits (RR Coins) and other digital products available on the platform.
• Order: a purchase request for one or more Services by the User, upon payment.
• Account: the User's personal registration on the platform, protected by access credentials.
• Payment provider: a third-party company responsible for processing financial transactions (e.g., Mercado Pago, PIX, etc.).

To make purchases, you must create an account on the platform, providing truthful, complete and up-to-date information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials (email and password).
• Sharing, transferring or assigning your account to third parties is not permitted.
• All activity performed under your credentials is your sole responsibility.
• In case of unauthorized access or suspected account compromise, notify us immediately through our support channel.
• RR Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms, or illegal activity.

RR Store is a platform specializing in digital gaming services, including:

• Game top-ups via UID, ID-PASS or Weblink.
• Internal credits (RR Coins) for use on the platform.
• Partnership and reseller programs.

Product and service availability may vary depending on suppliers, stock, region and technical conditions. We reserve the right to discontinue, add or modify products at any time without prior notice.

Prices displayed on the platform are shown in the currency selected by the User and may vary depending on the product, current exchange rate and chosen payment method. The final amount will be displayed in the order summary before confirmation.

• Payment is only considered complete after full confirmation by the payment provider. Orders with pending or unconfirmed payment may be automatically cancelled.
• We accept payment methods available on the checkout page (PIX, credit card, Mercado Pago, among others, subject to availability).
• The issuance of invoices or digital receipts follows applicable legislation and may be made available in the customer area or by email.
• RR Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions that show signs of fraud, payment data inconsistency, use of unauthorized third-party payment methods, or any other irregularity.
• Payment attempt limits within short periods may be applied to protect the User and the platform.

After payment confirmation, delivery of the digital product will be processed according to the type of service purchased:

• UID top-ups: the User must provide the correct UID (unique identifier) and, when applicable, the game server. RR Store is not responsible for deliveries made to wrong accounts due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
• ID-PASS top-ups: for some games, providing the game account login and password is necessary. This is entirely the User's responsibility and choice. If credentials are required and not provided, delivery may be impossible.
• Weblink top-ups: the User will receive a link or code for redemption directly on the game platform.

Delivery times vary by product and availability. Automatic top-ups are generally processed within minutes; manual top-ups may take up to 24 business hours. During high demand or game server instability, delivery time may be extended.

Full conditions for cancellation and refund are described in our Refund Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

• Refund requests must be made through the official support channel, providing the order number and relevant evidence.
• Consumer protection rights under applicable legislation are respected according to the nature of the digital product and applicable legal provisions.
• Digital products already delivered and consumed may not be eligible for refund, as detailed in the Refund Policy.

All platform content — including but not limited to text, images, logos, design, source code, trademarks and layout — is the property of RR Store or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any platform content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
• Game and publisher trademarks, names and logos displayed on the platform belong to their respective owners and are used solely for product identification purposes.
• The User grants RR Store a limited license to use information and data necessary to provide the Services.

By using the platform, the User agrees to:

• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and in orders.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable legislation.
• Not engage in fraud, social engineering, intrusion attempts, reverse engineering or any act that compromises the security or integrity of the platform.
• Not use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the platform without authorization.
• Respect the rights of other Users and the support team, as per the Code of Conduct.

RR Store makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, secure and functional. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, network instabilities or force majeure events.
• We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.
• We are not liable for changes, unavailability or failures in game servers that may affect delivery or functionality of purchased products.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RR Store's total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount actually paid by the User in the transaction subject of the complaint.
• Indirect damages, consequential losses, lost profits or data loss are not covered, to the extent permitted by law.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical updates or other necessary procedures. Whenever possible, these interruptions will be communicated in advance.

Force majeure or fortuitous events (including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber attacks, infrastructure provider instabilities and regulatory changes) may affect platform availability and shall not give rise to compensation.

RR Store may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect on the date of publication on the platform.

When changes are substantial, we may notify Users by email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the Brazilian Internet Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014) and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

For the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms, the court of the consumer's domicile is elected, as provided for in art. 101, I, of the Consumer Protection Code.

• If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Tolerance or non-exercise of any right by RR Store does not constitute waiver or novation.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Code of Conduct, constitute the entire agreement between the User and RR Store.
